Assistant in Learning & Development department

Role and Responsibilities

  • Inputting and uploading data into the learning management system (LMS)
  • Supporting L&D Team in training logistics organization management
  • Supporting L&D Partners in vendor selection process
  • Cooperating with external training companies
  • Delivering administrative tasks
  • Preparing reports

Skills and Qualifications

  • Interest in HR, especially training & development area
  • Communicative English
  • Availability min. 30 h per week
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint, Canva
  • Ease in using new programs
  • Good organization of own work and ability to work under time pressure
  • Openness and positive attitude
