Embedded Software Engineer

About the Team

Our Team focus on software quality and the development process of Samsung chipset – Exynos. We keep up-to-date with all projects in our research hub. Using the most modern solutions, we handle their specification, the verification of software quality and conduct rigorous testing in many places all over the world.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support for Ultra-wideband project
  • Responsible for UWB SW development according to the standards (IEEE 802.15.4, 15.4z, CCC, FiRa)
  • Contact with external client

Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate of telecommunications, radio electronics, computer science or similar studies (students of last year are also welcome)
  • Ability to program in C/C++
  • Ability of reading technical specifications (e.g. IEEE)
  • Knowledge of theory of operating systems and embedded systems
  • Familiarity with tools: JIRA, git, gerrit
  • Experience with wireless communication (Wifi, BT, cellular NW)
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills
  • Very good English skills
  • Willingness to travel for business trips
  • Open-minded and ‘outside the box’ thinking

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity area
  • Knowledge and experience with UWB, IEEE 802.15.4, FiRa, CCC (Car Connectivity Consortium)
  • Experience with UWB related projects
  • Driving license cat B
