Internship - Connectivity Tester

About our Team 

We focus on general mobile connectivity quality and the development process. We keep up-to-date about all projects in our research hub. Using the most modern solutions, we handle their specification, the verification of modem software quality and conduct rigorous testing manually and also using automation tools. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for basic Wi-Fi/Bluetooth protocol stack analysis
  • Conducting mobile software tests according to testing procedures
  • Creating test cases for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth functionalities
  • Conducting field tests, interoperability tests, Network Operator
  • Creating detailed reports from conducted tests and analysis
  • Improving test procedures & processes
  • Work directly with prototypes - work from the office
  • Possible business trips to European countries and others

Skills and Qualifications

  • Last years of studies (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication or related fields)
  • Basic knowledge of WIFI, Bluetooth
  • Good English communication both written and spoken
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good teamwork and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Testing/QA certifications ISTQB/ITIL/ISEB
  • Basic Linux knowledge
  • Knowledge about protocol layers (RRC/PDCP/RLC/MAC/PHY)
  • Knowledge of JIRA environment
  • Knowledge of Wireshark or similar
  • Python experience
  • Bash script knowledge
