Internship – Language Analyst with Italian

About the project
We're actively seeking an intern to make meaningful contributions to language-centric projects. As part of this role, you'll analyze the global Voice of Customer, collaborate with an international team, and have an opportunity to participate in language tests on Samsung's native apps across various mobile devices. Role and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and direct search on the Internet Customers opinions related to mobile devices in dedicated languages.
  • Language tests on Samsung's native apps across various mobile devices
  • Other linguistic/testing tasks depending on actual needs

Skills and Qualifications

  • Native or students of Italian language
  • Good English level (both written and spoken)
  • Quality-focus and attention to details
  • Great communication skills, positive attitude and team-work approach

Nice to have

  • Last years of university in Language Studies, Translation, Interpreting or related fields
  • Knowledge of products with Android operation system
