QA Customer Service Specialist with German

About the project

As a result of being fast growing organization, we are expanding our scope and the level of customer satisfaction in European countries. We are looking for multilingual people with good knowledge of particular languages.

The main role of the Team is to analyze the global Voice of Customer, collaborate with an international team, and have an opportunity to participate in language tests on Samsung's native apps across various mobile devices. If you're passionate about languages and eager to dive into cutting-edge mobile technology apply for this position.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring posts related to Android devices on dedicated forum and selected Social Media
  • Analysing customer suggestions related to new features of Mobile devices
  • Reporting market trends based on dedicated forum
  • Performing various language verification in assigned area
    (example: translations, podcasts verification etc.)
  • Reconstruct customer problems in laboratory environment
  • Communication with related departments (HQ, R&D, Customer Service)

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least C1 or Native of German language
  • Good English level (both written and spoken)
  • Quality-focus and attention to details
  • Ability to analyse customer posts/suggestion
  • Ability to write posts in assigned area according to current standards
  • Great communication skills, positive attitude and team-work approach

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of products with Android operation system
  • Knowledge of Samsung Mobile phones portfolio
