Solutions Architect for Mobile B2B Solutions

About our Team

We are looking for an experienced B2B Technical Consultant for our B2B and Cloud Team in Samsung’s R&D Institute in Poland. Your primary focus will be the delivery of a high quality, technical consultancy based on partner’s solutions, Samsung’s SDKs and cloud products. You will be working along-side other engineers, business architects and partners on different solutions and integration projects. In some cases you will have to get your hands dirty and take part in proof of concept preparations and development. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, project management, and creating quality products as well as documentation is essential.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Supporting partners in the onboarding process to the Partner Program
  • Leading the cooperation with business partners from a technical perspective
  • Managing activities in several ongoing, parallel projects
  • Gathering technical requirements and leading technical activities to address market specific needs in new product development
  • Coordinate technical activities between partner and development team to produce a functional solution
  • Support product development teams with launching their products and it’s new versions to the market
  • Creating product documentation
  • Sales team, partners and customer on-site support. National and abroad traveling up to 25%
  • Maintaining good relationships and with sales and development departments
  • Conducting sales and product’s analysis, preparing reports, recommending actions when presenting reports to leaders

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management or related field
  • Professional and proven experience of working in projects that included mobile technologies (Android ecosystem) or cloud services (AWS or others)
  • Professional experience in both technical and business aspects of IT project delivery – including pre sales and post sales activities
  • Good understanding of IT product lifecycle and management
  • Dynamic person, not afraid of challenges and learning new things, good team spirit
  • Proactivity and self-reliance
  • Excellent work organization, communication and management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English – preparing official technical documentation, presenting and training in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in a KAM or BDM position in a System Integrator (SI) or Value Added Reseller (VAR) company
  • AWS, Android Enterprise certification
  • Coding skills and Open Source stack awareness
  • Experience in working with B2B customers and multicultural organization
  • Fluency in Korean and/or additional European language (German, French)
